# Worker

> Execute: turn an idea and segment into a real campaign.

The Worker is Selix's execution mode — where an idea and a segment become a real, sendable campaign.

Most of your time here is spent in a worker session (which starts in Slack), giving feedback until a campaign is ready. Selix pings you when it needs input or when something's ready to review.
